- Plain Greek yogurt1 cup
- Blueberries0.5 cup
- Strawberries0.5 cup
- Honey1 tbsp

First layer
Spoon ½ cup plain Greek yogurt into a glass or jar.

Berries and honey
Top with ½ cup mixed berries (fresh or thawed frozen). Drizzle 1 tbsp honey.

Repeat and finish
Add another ½ cup yogurt on top. Finish with another small handful of berries and a few crushed almonds if you have them.
Coach's notes
- Plain Greek yogurt only. Flavored kinds add 15+ grams of sugar.
- Honey is fine in moderation. It is natural sugar that pairs well with protein.
- Doubles as a recovery snack 30 minutes after practice.
