    Slice and dip

    Slice 1 medium apple into wedges. Scoop 2 tbsp peanut butter into a small container or directly onto the plate.

    Pack for the bag

    If packing for the soccer bag: squeeze the lemon over the slices to prevent browning, then seal in a container with the peanut butter on the side.
